Return Policy

Sophie’s Closet is a magical place where dreams come true and women find perfectly pretty things. We want you to love your experience with us!

We’re dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction- so if you wish to exchange your unused item(s), simply contact us within 3 days of receipt.

We’re happy to exchange your item, or issue a store credit* for qualifying returns.
1. Contact us via email at orders@sophiescloset.com to obtain a Return Authorization number (RA).
2. A Return Authorization number must be requested within 3 days of your receipt of the ordered merchandise.
3. All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of your receipt of the ordered merchandise.
4. Returns postmarked after 7 days of your receipt of the order will not be accepted.
5. All items must be returned with their original packaging and all tags attached.
6. Pack returns with adequate protective padding and materials and ensure the outer box is completely sealed.
7. Don’t forget to write the Return Authorization number on the box.

Store Credits And Exchanges

Once your package has been received and accepted by Sophie’s Closet, we will notify you by email. Your exchange or store credit will be processed within 5 business days of receipt. Your store credit* will be valid for 12 months from the date issued.

Shipping Your Returns

Return packages must been insured for the full retail value of the merchandise. We strongly advise that you insure the goods as Sophie’s Closet cannot accept responsibility for lost packages. Please keep the tracking details for your records.

Important Please Note

• Goods returned after 7 days will not be accepted.
• We will not accept returns for any items that have been worn or damaged.
• Returns should be packed carefully as merchandise damaged from improper packaging will not be accepted.
• All merchandise is thoroughly checked by our shipping team for defects prior to shipping.
• Goods damaged due to buyers’ negligence will not be accepted.
• Exchange items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and accepted.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Duties and taxes are non-refundable. You will need to contact your local customs office for more information.
• In the case of an order that included free shipping, up to AED 130 (US$35) will not be reimbursed in order to cover our cost of the original shipment (this also applies to partial returns).
• For reasons of hygiene all earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• All vintage and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• All custom and special orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Regretfully, we cannot offer refunds.
