How do I place an order?

You may place your order online at SOPHIESCLOSET.COM or by sending an email to orders@sophiescloset.com and we will help place your order for you.


 

Can I send a friend or family member a gift from your site?

Absolutely! Our gift wrapping is free of charge. At check out you will need to select the “Gift Wrapping” option. You can include a message with your gift by typing the text as you would like it to appear. We will package your order in a pink Sophie’s Closet gift box, and include a gift receipt that does not disclose the price of the item(s) you purchased. Can't decide what to get? How do I pay for my order? Do you accept cash payments?

For our customers in the United Arab Emirates we offer a Cash on Delivery service (COD). Once you are ready to checkout, fill out our COD form and we will contact you within 24 hours to arrange your delivery. We accept credit cards at delivery in Dubai, Sharjay, Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. For international orders we accept PayPal, Visa, Master Card and Visa Debit.


 

Can I choose the currency I pay in?

If you select to pay by credit card online you will be billed in United States Dollars (USD). If you prefer to pay in your own currency you may select PayPal at checkout or if you live in the United Arab Emirates please select the COD option to pay in UAE Dirhams by cash or card at delivery.


 

Can I exchange a sale item?

Exchange or return is NOT accepted on sale merchandise.


 

How do I know what size ring would fit me best?

How do I know that the products you sell are authentic?

As an authorized distributor for all of the designers we feature, we unconditionally guarantee that every item we sell is 100% authentic and sourced directly from the designer. Many pieces we carry bear a signature mark or designer stamp, others do not. Due to modifications in production processes, designers will from time to time discontinue the use of such identifying marks even if they had been used previously in the design of the same piece of jewelry. In other cases, the nature of the various materials used in construction allows for branding on some, but not all, of an individual designer’s pieces. We are more than happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have so please feel free to contact us by email on orders@sophiescloset.com.
