How To Pay For Your Order
COD (UAE Customers Only): We offer a free cash or credit card on delivery service to our customers in the United Arab Emirates. If you prefer to pay for your order at delivery, please select this option at checkout. You’ll receive your order within 2 business days and do not need to make any payment online***
Online Payments: We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and Visa Debit.
Transfer: If you’d like to send your payment through your bank or Western Union please contact us for details- we’re glad to help!
Shipping Options
U.A.E Delivery: We offer a free COD service as mentioned above. Delivery may take up to 2 business days.
UAE Urgent Same Day Delivery: Same day delivery in the United Arab Emirates is available for AED100. Orders placed between 8AM to 1PM (GMT+4) Saturday to Thursday will be delivered on the same day.
GCC/Middle East Delivery: We offer free Express Delivery shipping to most GCC countries (Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, and Saudi Arabia). Delivery to these countries may take 3- 5 business days.****
International Delivery: Express Delivery US$29 (5-10 business days), Rush Delivery US$35 (3-6 business days) or Fedex Priority US$59 (2-4 business days)****
A tracking number is provided for all shipping options and will be updated within 24 hours of dispatch.
Returns & Exchanges
Sophie’s Closet is a magical place where dreams come true and women find perfectly pretty things. We want you to love your experience with us!
We’re dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction- so if you wish to exchange your unused item(s), simply contact us within 3 days of receipt.
We’re happy to exchange your item, or issue a store credit for qualifying returns.
1. Contact us via email at to obtain a Return Authorization number (RA).
2. A Return Authorization number must be requested within 3 days of your receipt of the ordered merchandise.
3. All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of your receipt of the ordered merchandise.
4. Returns postmarked after 7 days of your receipt of the order will not be accepted.
5. All items must be returned with their original packaging and all tags attached.
6. Pack returns with adequate protective padding and materials and ensure the outer box is completely sealed.
7. Don’t forget to write the Return Authorization number on the box.
Please note the following:
• Goods returned after 7 days will not be accepted.
• We will not accept returns for any items that have been worn or damaged.
• Returns should be packed carefully as merchandise damaged from improper packaging will not be accepted.
• All merchandise is thoroughly checked by our shipping team for defects prior to shipping.
• Goods damaged due to buyers’ negligence will not be accepted.
• Exchange items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and accepted.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Duties and taxes are non-refundable. You will need to contact your local customs office for more information.
• In the case of an order that included free shipping, up to AED 130 (US$35) will not be reimbursed in order to cover our cost of the original shipment (this also applies to partial returns).
• For reasons of hygiene all earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• All vintage and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Regretfully, we cannot offer refunds.
Store Credit
Once your returned package has been received and accepted by Sophie’s Closet, we will notify you by email. Your exchange or store credit will be processed within 5 business days of receipt.
Shipping Your Return
Return packages must been insured for the full retail value of the merchandise. We strongly advise that you insure the goods as Sophie’s Closet cannot accept responsibility for lost packages. Please keep the tracking details for your records. Returns should be shipped to: Sophie's Closet LLC, Single Business Tower, Office 1106, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, POB 191512, United Arab Emirates. Please note that unauthorized returns without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted and will be returned back to the sender.
